The film that Who Killed the Electric Car? was written and directed by Chris Paine, and produced by Jessie Deete. electric cars began to occur on roads all over California. They were quiet and fast, produced no exhaust and ran without gasoline. But Ten years later, these cars were most entirely gone.
In 100 years ago, the electric car are good choice because of quiet, smooth and could be charged at home which is better than gas car. The film explores motive like speed and cheaper oil that may have pushed the auto and oil industries to kill off the electric car.
The film investigates the birth and death of the electric car.
Because of the gas cars the city are all around Smoke, which cause very serious effect of the people like disease and global warming. As the amount of cars increasing children are not allowed play outside.
Then GM companies come out use of solar to build electric car, the sun resource. And they are succeeding to create an electric car. And the Air Resources of California thought electric car are another resource to solve problems.
They created the EV1 that is fantastic by response. But these are issue that people are used to gasoline car have a lots of oppugn. And they said, “The environmental benefits of EVs are dubious.”
Anther reason for the electric cars cannot beat gasoline car that was the high purchase cost.
